摘　　要：现阶段,数字化智能化已成为企业变革创新的动力以及不断赋能企业突破性创新的“机会窗口”,而作为引导企业发展方向的竞争战略,也必然在此过程中发挥重要作用。以2006-2021年的A股上市公司为研究对象,实证分析了企业数字化转型、竞争战略选择与突破性创新的关系。研究发现,企业数字化转型对突破性创新具有促进效应;侧重低成本战略的企业中,数字化转型的突破性创新效应会受到抑制,而在侧重于差异化战略的企业中,该效应不会受到影响;在时空要素、行业属性以及企业特征等方面,数字化转型与低成本战略不匹配对突破性创新的抑制作用表现出显著的异质性。因此,应在充分考虑时空、行业以及企业等方面异质性要素的基础上,加强数字化转型与竞争战略的适配性,释放数字化转型对突破性创新的驱动作用。At this stage,digital intelligence has become the driving force of enterprise reform and innovation and the“window of opportunity”that constantly enables enterprises’breakthrough innovation.As a competitive strategy to guide the development direction of enterprises,it is bound to play an important role in this process.Taking the A-share listed companies from 2006 to 2021 as the research object,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between enterprise digital transfor-mation,competitive strategy choice and breakthrough innovation.Results are as follows.The digital transformation of enterprises has a promoting effect on breakthrough innovation.In enterprises that focus on low-cost strategy,the breakthrough innovation effect of digital transformation will be in-hibited,while in enterprises that focus on differentiation strategy,this effect will not be affected.In terms of temporal and spatial factors,industry attributes,and enterprise characteristics,the mismatch between digital transformation and low-cost strategies exhibits significant heterogeneity in inhibiting breakthrough innovation.Therefore,on the basis of fully considering heterogeneous factors such as time,space,industry,and enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen the adaptability of digital trans-formation to competitive strategies and unleash the driving force of digital transformation on break-through innovation.
