摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在工业控制领域的应用越来越广泛。本文以PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)和变频器控制为研究对象,探讨基于人工智能技术的控制方法。首先,对PLC和变频器的基本原理和功能进行介绍,并分析传统控制方法存在的局限性。其次,详细阐述人工智能技术在控制系统中的应用,包括神经网络、遗传算法和模糊控制等。结合具体案例提出基于人工智能技术的PLC和变频器控制方法,并进行试验验证。验证结果表明,基于人工智能技术的控制方法在提高系统性能、适应性和鲁棒性方面具有显著优势。最后,对未来的研究方向和应用前景进行展望。本研究具有一定的理论和实践意义,能够为工业控制领域的智能化发展提供有益借鉴和指导。With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,its application in the field of industrial control is more and more widely.This paper takes PLC(programmable logic controller)and frequency converter control as the research object,and discusses the control method based on artificial intelligence technology.Firstly,the basic principles and functions of PLC and frequency converter are introduced,and the limitations of traditional control methods are analyzed.Then,the application of artificial intelligence technology in control system is described in detail,including neural network,genetic algorithm and fuzzy control.Furthermore,combined with specific cases,a PLC and inverter control method based on artificial intelligence technology is proposed,and experimental verification is carried out.The results show that the control method based on artificial intelligence technology has significant advantages in improving system performance,adaptability and robustness.Finally,the future research directions and application prospects are prospected.This research provides useful reference and guidance for the intelligent development of industrial control field,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
