十字板探头扭矩示值校准溯源方式研究

摘  要:本文通过针对目前十字板探头不同校准溯源方式在测量过程中所产生的影响探头示值测量结果准确度的因素及其来源进行分析研究。分析结果表明,相对于其他校准溯源方式,立式参考式校准溯源方式在保证测量结果准确度的同时,满足十字板探头扭矩示值校准溯源的需求,能够节省计量机构校准溯源和厂家出厂检验的时间成本,带来更高的社会效益和经济效益。The paper analyzes and studies the different calibration traceability methods of the current vane shear apparatus,and analyzes the factors and sources that affect the accuracy of the vane shear apparatus torque indication measurement results produced by different calibration traceability methods during the vane shear apparatus measurement process.The analysis results show that compared with other calibration traceability methods,the vertical reference type calibration traceability method is better at ensuring the accuracy of measurement results.At the same time,it meets the current demand for cross plate probe torque indication calibration traceability,can save the time and cost of calibration traceability of measurement institutions and factory inspection by manufacturers,and brings higher social and economic benefits.
