摘  要:工作用廉金属热电偶在工业生产中作为主要的控温传感器,已被广泛应用于线缆制造、装备制造、车辆制造等多个领域,拥有大量市场需求。企业在生产过程中能源监控核算、生产工艺把控等各环节都离不开工业用廉金属热电偶的准确计量。由于工业用廉金属使用频率较高,且在使用过程中易受到污染导致测量不准,通过分析评定廉金属热电偶的不确定度找出不确定分量影响力较大的因素才能有针对性的改进计量校准方法,保证计量溯源的可靠性,法定计量技术机构能更好的维护地区廉金属热电偶的量值传递,助力地方经济稳定发展。With the improvement of production requirements of enterprises,base metal thermocouples as the main temperature control sensor in industrial production have been widely used in cable manufacturing,equipment manufacturing,vehicle manufacturing and other fields,with a large number of market demand.In the process of production,energy monitoring and accounting,production process control and other links are inseparable from the accurate measurement of base metal thermocouples.Due to the high frequency of use of base metal for industrial use and its vulnerability to pollution in the process of use,the measurement is inaccurate.Therefore,by analyzing and evaluating the uncertainty of base metal thermocouples,the paper find out the factors that have greater influence on the uncertainty component in order to improve the measurement calibration method and ensure the reliability of measurement traceability.Legal metrological technical institutions can better maintain the quantity and value transmission of regional base metal thermocouples,and help the stable development of local economy.
