摘　　要：连带病耻感作为孤独症儿童父母一个重要心理问题,不仅危害父母的身心健康,而且影响患儿求医行为、治疗依从性、家庭康复环境等。因此,准确评估孤独症儿童父母连带病耻感严重程度对患儿及父母干预、护理均有重要意义。文章对目前国内外应用的孤独症儿童父母连带病耻感评估工具的优势与不足进行综述,旨在帮助临床工作者和相关研究者在评估孤独症儿童父母连带病耻感时选用合适的测评工具,也为研制我国本土化的评估工具提供参考。As an important psychological problem for parents of autistic children,associated stigma not only harms the physical and mental health of parents,but also affects the children's medical-seeking behavior,treatment compliance,and family rehabilitation environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately assess the degree of stigma associated with parents for intervention and nursing of children.This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the associated stigma assessment tools used by parents of autistic children at home and abroad,aiming to help clinicians and related research to choose appropriate assessment tools when assessing parents of autistic children with associated stigma,and provide reference for the development of localized assessment tools in China.
