摘　　要：目的基于循证护理理念,系统检索、评价和总结肠造口患者围术期护理干预的相关证据,为今后开展临床实践提供参考。方法系统检索国际指南协作网、造口协会、The Cochrane Library、GeenMedical、知网、PubMed、Web of Science等有关肠造口患者围术期护理干预的证据,文献类型包括临床决策、指南、证据总结、系统评价、团体标准等,检索时限为2013年1月至2023年1月。结果共纳入13篇文献,包括临床决策2篇,指南5篇,团体标准1篇,证据总结2篇,系统评价3篇,通过对纳入的文献进行证据提取和综合,形成21条最佳证据,分别为干预者资质、术前准备、造口定位、术后评估、术后护理、并发症护理、出院指导和咨询7个方面。结论本研究对肠造口患者围术期护理干预进行了证据总结,为临床护理人员对肠造口患者进行围术期护理提供科学有效的循证依据。Objective Based on the concept of evidence-based nursing,the system searches evaluates,and summarizes relevant evidence of perioperative nursing interventions for patients with intestinal stomas,providing a reference for future clinical practice.Methods We systematically searched the evidence of international guidelines collaboration,stoma association,the Cochrane Library,GeenMedical,CNKI,PubMed,Web of Science,etc.The literature types included clinical decision-making,guidelines,evidence summary,systematic evaluation,group standards,etc.,from January 2013 to January 2023.Results A total of thirteen articles,including two clinical decisions,five guidelines,one group standard,two pieces of evidence,and three system evaluations,through the literature evidence extraction and synthesis,form twenty-one best evidence,respectively for interventionist qualification,preoperative preparation,stoma,positioning,postoperative evaluation,postoperative care,complication care,discharge guidance and consultation from seven aspects.Conclusion This study summarizes the evidence of perioperative care intervention for patients with enterostomy and provides a scientific and effective evidence-based basis for clinical caregivers to provide perioperative care for patients with enterostomy.
