摘 要:随着城市化进程的不断加速,异形建筑多样化、规划管理复杂化成了必然趋势,传统二维(2D)竣工测量已难以满足规划管理的要求。本文以北京冬奥雪车雪橇项目为例,从数据采集、数据处理两方面探讨三维(3D)激光扫描技术在复杂地形中异形建筑竣工测量的应用。经求取3D扫描数据与设计尺寸的较差,扫描值与设计值点位差值能够满足建筑竣工测量需求。3D激光扫描技术在复杂地形中异形建筑竣工测量中具有较好的应用价值,能够在特定的规划验收中推广使用。With the acceleration of urbanization,the diversification of irregular buildings and the complexity of planning and management have become an inevitable trend.Traditional two-dimensional completion measurement is no longer able to meet the requirements of planning and management.Taking the Beijing Winter Olympics sled project as an example,this paper explored the application of three-dimensional(3D)laser scanning technology in the completion measurement of irregular buildings in complex terrain from two aspects,namely,data collection and data processing.After obtaining the difference between the 3D scanning data and the design size,it is found that the difference between the scanning values and the design values can meet the requirements of building completion measurement.The 3D laser scanning technology has good application value in the completion measurement of irregular buildings in complex terrain and can be promoted in specific planning and acceptance.
