In order to reveal the influence of laser processing parameters on the structural parameters of microtextured structures on the surface of cemented carbide,a nanosecond laser is used to prepare grooved microtextured structures on the surface of YG8 cemented carbide, and to study the changing law of the width and depth of the grooves of microtextured structures processed on the surface of cemented carbide under different laser parameters.Orthogonal tests and quadratic response surface analysis are carried out.The analysis results show that:the change laws of grooves depth and width on the laser parameters are the same, both grooves depth and width increase with the increasing of laser power and number of scanning times, while they decrease with the increasing of scanning frequency and scanning speed.Among the four laser parameters, the scanning power has the greatest influence on the width of the notch, followed by the scanning frequency, then the scanning speed, and the number of scans has the least influence on the width of the notch, the greatest influence on the depth of the notch is the number of scans, followed by the scanning frequency, then the scanning power, and the scanning speed has the least influence on the depth of the notch.
