摘 要:针对2A14铝合金在铣削过程中因切削区温度升高而导致加工质量降低的问题,需对铣削过程中的工件铣削温度场进行建模。本文基于干切削温度预测模型,采用Jeager热源理论,引入镜像热源,根据切屑、刀具和工件之间的热平衡方程建立了2A14铝合金铣削温度场预测模型。通过半人工热电偶法,对由2A14铝合金及k型热电偶(NiCr/NiSi)组成的非标热电偶进行标定,确定该非标热电偶有效测温范围为0℃~550℃。测量多组参数下的铣削温度,预测结果与实验测量结果误差小于20%,温度预测模型具有较高的准确性,为实际铣削加工提供理论支持。Aiming at the problem that the machining quality of 2A14 aluminum alloy decreases due to the increase of cutting zone temperature during milling.It is necessary to model the temperature field of workpiece milling in the process.In this paper,based on the dry-cutting temperature prediction model,a prediction model for the milling temperature field of 2A14 aluminum alloy is established based on the heat balance equation between chip,tool and workpiece by using the moving and fixed heat source method proposed by Jeager and introducing a mirror image heat source.A non-standard thermocouple consisting of 2A14 aluminum alloy and a k-type thermocouple(NiCr/NiSi)is calibrated by the semi-artificial thermocouple method,and the effective measurement range of the non-standard thermocouple is determined to be 0℃to 550℃.The milling temperature is measured under several sets of parameters,and the relative errors between the predicted and experimental values are within 20%,which have a high accuracy and provided theoretical support for the actual milling process.
