摘 要:自动化设备车削加工过程中,切屑状态是影响其连续加工最重要的因素。当切屑连续不易断屑时,往往会缠绕在工件上,对其表面造成划伤且对下一道工序的装夹造成影响,导致废品率升高和效率降低。通过与啄钻工艺进行类比,提出了在车削过程中等距加入反向进给使切屑折断的微元进给断屑方法。从断屑效果、刀具磨损、表面形貌三个方面评价了该工艺的优缺点。结果表明:采用新方法的断屑效果和表面质量均优于传统工艺,且采用切削油润滑时刀具寿命表现最佳。During the turning process of automated equipment,the chip morphology emerges as the foremost determinant influencing the seamless progression of operations.In cases where chips exhibit continuity and resistance to fragmentation,they tend to envelop the components,resulting in surface abrasions on the workpiece.This phenomenon not only mars the workpiece′s surface,but also interferes with the subsequent clamping process,culminating in heightene scrap rates and compromise operational efficiency.Drawing a parallel with the peck drilling technique employed in drilling operations,a novel approach termed the microelement feeding chip breaking method for turning processes is introduced.This innovative method involves periodic reverse feed,evenly distributed throughout the turning process,to induce chip fragmentation.A comprehensive evaluation of this methodology’s merits and demerits is conducted from three perspectives:chip fragmentation efficiency,tool wear and surface morphology.The findings underscore the superiority of the microelement feeding chip breaking method over conventional processes,particularly in terms of chip fragmentation efficiency and surface quality.Furthermore,it is observed that the utilization of cutting oil for lubrication yields the most favorable tool lifespan.
