SBS-WCO复合再生沥青高温流变性能与微观结构研究

摘  要:采用黏度试验、多应力重复蠕变恢复试验、傅里叶红外光谱试验和凝胶色谱实验研究了SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)-WCO(废食用油)复合再生沥青的高温流变性能与微观结构。结果表明:SBS-WCO复合再生沥青的黏度相比老化沥青显著降低;SBS-WCO复合再生剂能有效改善老化沥青的高温流变性能;沥青复合再生过程以物理作用为主,复合再生剂能缓解沥青老化过程中轻质小分子流失,增强再生沥青的抗老化性能。Brookfield viscosity test,Multiple Stress Creep Recovery Test(MSCR)and Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)were conducted to investate the high temperature rheological properties and microstructures of SBS(Styrenic Block Copolymers)-WCO(Waste Cooking Oil)recycled asphalt.Test results indicated that the viscosity of recycled asphalt was decreased significantly,and the high temperature rheological properties was improved.The composite rejuvenator and aged asphalt was mixed by physical effect.The lossing of lightweight small molecules was relieved by the rejuvenator,which resulted in the enhancement of aging resistance for recycled asphalt.
