摘 要:依托北京市某装配式住宅工程,通过收集每月电费账单数据,结合实际施工进度,将施工现场划分为5个不同的施工阶段,分析了不同施工阶段的时间跨度和用电特点,并给出了相应的用电强度。在地下和地上主体结构施工期间对施工区、办公区和生活区的用电情况进行计量,分析了3个区域的用电特点。最后从节约施工用电角度提出了管理建议。Based on a prefabricated residential project in Beijing,this paper divided the construction site into 5 different construction stages by collecting monthly electricity bill data and combining with the actual construction progress,analyzed the time span and power consumption characteristics of different construction stages,and gave the corresponding power consumption intensity.The electricity consumption in construction area,office area and living area were measured during the construction of underground and above-ground main structure,and the characteristics of electricity consumption in 3 areas were analyzed.Finally,this paper put forward some management suggestions from the perspective of saving construction electricity.
