新农科背景下专业硕士研究生联合培养示范基地建设的探索与研究

摘　　要：在现代农业应用型技术人才培养越来越被重视的背景下,通过校企联合建立研究生培养示范基地已经成为专业学位研究生培养的重要组成部分。文章探索了新农科背景下专业硕士学位研究生联合培养基地的建设方案,提出了构建符合现代农业发展需求的高层次应用型人才的培养机制及研究生培养质量保障体系,结果对新农科背景下专业硕士研究生培养示范基地建设的多样化及协同创新机制构建具有重要指导价值。Under the background that the training of applied technical talents in modern agriculture has been paid more and more attention,the establishment of graduate training demonstration base through school-enterprise joint training has become an important part of professional degree graduate training.This paper explores the construction plan of the joint training base for professional master’s degree graduates under the background of new agriculture,and puts forward a training mechanism for high-level applied talents and a quality assurance system for graduate training that meets the needs of modern agriculture development.The results have important guiding value for the diversification and collaborative innovation mechanism construction of professional master’s degree training demonstration base under the background of new agriculture.
