摘　　要：加强高校外事干部队伍建设是高校持续推进高水平教育对外开放的关键环节。基于调查研究结果,形成统计数据,运用SWOT方法对天津市高校外事干部队伍现状进行分析研究,提出要高度重视加强新形势下高校外事干部队伍建设,要以更宽的视野推进高校外事干部队伍建设,增强责任感和使命感,全面提升高校外事干部综合素质,建设一支“讲政治、懂教育、懂外事、能战斗”的高校外事干部队伍,不断增强我国教育的国际影响力和话语权。Strengthening the team of foreign affairs staff in universities is one of the key factors for universities to firmly promote high-level education opening up to the outside world.In this article based on the result of investigation,statistical data has been formed,and a research method with the SWOT analysis has been adopted to help analyze and study the current situation of the foreign affairs staff team in universities in Tianjin.The result of the study suggests that it is necessary to attach great importance to strengthening foreign affairs staff development in universities under the new situation,to promote the team-building of the foreign affairs staff in universities with a wider vision,to enhance their responsibility and mission,to comprehensively improve their overall qualities,and build a team of the foreign affairs staff in universities,who are“firm in political stand,learned in education,well-informed in foreign affairs,and capable of fighting”so as to continuously enhance the international influence and discourse power of China’s education.
