摘　　要：文章查阅了tDCS技术的作用机制、在竞技攀岩中速度攀岩运动员所需的各项体能素质及经颅直流电刺激技术对运动员、健康人群等相关体能素质的改善效果。tDCS技术对运动员上下肢力量、耐力、反应时、平衡能力等体能因素具有改善效果,进而提升运动员运动表现。This paper reviews the mechanism of tDCS technology,the physical qualities required by speed climbers in competitive rock climbing,and the improvement effect of transcranial direct current stimulation technology on athletes and healthy people.TDCS technology can improve physical factors such as strength,endurance,reaction time and balance ability of athletes'upper and lower limbs,and then improve athletes'sports performance.
