摘  要:本文对利用树脂吸附法离子交换技术从拜耳法生产氧化铝种分母液提取金属镓的工艺技术进行介绍,阐述了提取金属镓的核心装备-吸附塔装置的工艺计算、结构设计分析,并结合生产应用提出吸附塔装置的优化改进措施,为该装备的设计提供了重要的参考,同时也为湿法冶金行业大型离子交换装置的设计提供借鉴。This paper introduces the process technology in detail of using resin adsorption ion exchange technology to extract metal gallium from the spent liquor of Bayer process for alumina production.It elaborates on the process calculation and structural design analysis of the adsorption tower device,which is the core equipment for extracting metal gallium.Combined with production applications,the optimization and improvement measures are proposed for the adsorption tower device,thus providing important reference for the equipment design and for the design of large-scale ion exchange devices in the wet metallurgical industry as well.
