摘 要:为积累中华花鳅(Cobitis sinensis)人工繁育技术基础资料,通过人工繁殖得到中华花鳅仔鱼,探究延迟投饵和不同开口饵料对其死亡率和生长的影响,同时测定了中华花鳅仔鱼的初次摄食率和饥饿不可逆点。实验结果表明:仔鱼出膜1.5 d后开口摄食,初次摄食率为85%,2.5 d达到100%,5.0 d后下降;饥饿不可逆点发生在8.5~9.0 d;中华花鳅仔鱼的最适投饵时间应为仔鱼孵化后1.5 d,可以选择鸡蛋黄悬浊液作为中华花鳅仔鱼开口饵料。The larva of Cobitis sinensis are obtained by artificial breeding and the effects of delayed feeding and different weaning diets on the mortality and growth of C.sinensis larva are explored in order to accumulate the basic data for the artificial breeding technology of C.sinensis.At the same time,the initial feeding rate and the irreversible point of starvation for C.sinensis larva are determined.The results show that the initial feeding time of C.sinensis larva is 1.5 days after hatching,and the initial feeding rate is 85%;the initial feeding rate of larva has reached the highest at 100%on 2.5 days after hatching,and has decreased after 5.0 days of hatching;the larva has arrived at the irreversible point of starvation between 8.5 and 9.0 days after hatching;the optimal feeding time for C.sinensis larva is 1.5 days after hatching and egg yolk suspension can be selected as the weaning diet.
