摘 要:随着全球科技治理体系的日益复杂化,国际科技组织在推动全球科技创新合作中扮演着日益重要的角色。研究以江苏省产业技术研究院(江苏产研院)与世界工业技术研究组织协会(WAITRO)的合作为例,探讨了如何通过国际科技组织加强我国在全球科技治理中的参与和贡献。分析了WAITRO的创新生态体系及其对国际科技创新合作的推动作用,并详细阐述了江苏产研院利用此平台促进国际合作的策略和成效。基于案例分析,提出政策建议,包括建立信息共享机制、促进资源整合、探索全面参与国际科技组织的方式以及创新与其的合作模式。研究为深化我国与国际科技组织合作提供理论依据和实践指导,提升我国在全球科技治理中的地位和作用。The evolving complexity of global science and technology governance underscores the vital role of international scientific and technological organizations to facilitate global innovation cooperation.This paper focuses on the collaborative dynamics between the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute(JITRI)and the World Association of Industrial and Technological Research Organizations(WAITRO),offering insights into how International scientific and technological organizations can amplify China's engagement in global scientific governance.Through an analysis of WAITRO's innovation ecosystem and its contribution to fostering international scientific and technological cooperation,alongside a detailed account of JITRI's strategic initiatives to enhance international collaboration,this study delineates the impactful outcomes of leveraging such platforms for global innovation efforts.Drawing from the case study,the research articulates policy recommendations designed to deepen the integration of China's scientific and technological endeavors with global organizational frameworks.Key suggestions include establishing information sharing mechanisms,promoting resource integration,exploring comprehensive participation methods in international scientific and technological organizations,and innovating cooperation models with them.These approaches aim to streamline China's integration into the global innovation network,encouraging a collaborative stance towards addressing technological challenges and advancing sustainable development goals.This research not only provides a theoretical framework for enriching China's cooperation with International scientific and technological organizations but also serves as a practical guide to bolstering China's influential role in the sphere of global science and technology governance.
