摘 要:建立了一种测定(含)聚合物溶液静态吸附浓度损失的新方法,即运动黏度法。该方法是在静态吸附过程中同时开展待测组和参照组实验,建立参照组溶液的比浓黏度-质量浓度曲线,测定待测组溶液的黏度并代入上述方程,计算得到溶液质量浓度及静态吸附浓度损失,同时对该方法进行可行性验证。实验结果表明,该方法控制增比黏度在0.2~1.5之间,比浓黏度-质量浓度线性关系良好,精密度的相对标准偏差为0.61%,重复性的相对标准偏差为0.043%,用于单一常规聚合物溶液质量浓度测定时与淀粉-碘化镉法测定结果一致。与淀粉-碘化镉法相比,该方法具有不受杂质离子颜色干扰、无需控制化学反应进程、适用性广的优点,可广泛应用于(含)聚合物溶液静态吸附浓度损失的测定,为驱油用聚合物的评价和优选提供指导。A new method was devised for determining the loss of static adsorption concentration of the polymer-containing solution.In this method,both the test group and the reference group experiments were carried out in the process of static adsorption,and the specific viscosity-concentration curve of the reference group solution was established.The viscosity of the solution was measured and the curve equation was introduced to calculate the concentration of the solution and the concentration loss of static adsorption of the test group and the feasibility of the method was verified.The results show that when the increased specific viscosity was controlled between 0.2 and 1.5,exhibiting a favorable linear relationship in the specific viscosity-concentration curve.The relative standard deviation of precision and repeatability of the method is 0.61%and 0.043%.The results were consistent with that obtained by the starch-cadmium iodide method in the determination of the concentration of single conventional polymer solution.Compared with the starch-cadmium iodide method,this method possesses several advantages,including immunity to interference from impurity ions’colors,elimination of the need to regulate chemical reaction progress,and broad applicability.It can be widely used for the determination of the static adsorption concentration loss of polymer solution,thus providing guidance for evaluation and optimal selection of polymer used in oil displacement.
