摘 要:针对传统环氧树脂水洗精制-三效蒸发工艺中存在的甲苯溶剂用量和废水排放量大、能耗高、产生老化树脂和聚甘油废物等问题,采用自制脱盐剂,开发了一种环氧树脂非水溶剂绿色精制工艺,确定了树脂精制工艺的最优条件,对脱出盐进行离心过滤和洗涤精制,并与现有的环氧树脂水洗精制工艺进行对比。实验结果表明,在最优精制工艺条件下,得到的树脂产品Cl-含量为5.2μg/g,副产品甘油纯度达99.89%(w),精制盐不含树脂和甘油,满足一级质量指标。与现有工艺对比,该工艺操作条件缓和,取缔了三效蒸发操作,蒸汽消耗仅为现有工艺的10.55%;无废水、老化树脂和聚甘油产生,实现了三废零排放和保护环境的目的。To address the problems arising from the traditional epoxy resin water washing refiningtriple effect evaporation process,such as high consumption of toluene solvent,large wastewater discharge,high energy consumption,and generation of aging resin and polyglycerol waste,a green non-aqueous solvent refining technology for epoxy resin was developed by adopting a homemade desalting agent.The optimal conditions for the resin refining process were determined,and centrifugal filtration and washing and refining of the stripped salts were conducted.A comparison was made with the existing water washing and refining process for epoxy resin.The results show that under the optimal refining conditions,the resin product obtained has Cl-content of 5.2μg/g,the purity of the by-product glycerol reaches 99.89%(w),and the refined salt is free of resin and glycerol,which conforms to the first-grade quality index.Compared with the existing process,this new process boasts moderate operating conditions by eliminating the need for triple-effect evaporation and consuming only 10.55%of the steam used in the existing process.Additionally,non-aqueous solvent refining is adopted,and thus there is no wastewater,aging resin,or polyglycerol generated,in which way zero discharge of the three wastes and the protection of the environment are achieved.
