民航飞机EWIS线路安全性检查与维护分析

摘　　要：随着民航飞机电气系统的日益复杂,电气线路互联系统(Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems,EWIS)作为一个独立的分系统越来越受到关注,它的安全性对保证电气系统的可靠运行和飞机的持续适航具有重要意义,因此应当重视EWIS的检查和维护工作。主要介绍了线路检查的基本方法,研究和分析了关键部件与重点区域的检查标准,提出了线路维护的注意事项和提高检查准确性的策略,为EWIS的维护工作提供了指导。With the increasing complexity of the electrical system of civil aircraft,the Electrical Wiring Intercon⁃nection System(EWIS)is receiving more and more attention as an independent subsystem,and its safety is of great significance for ensuring the reliable operation of the electrical system and the continuous airworthiness of the aircraft,so the inspection and maintenance of the EWIS should be emphasized.This article mainly introduces the basic methods of wire inspection,studies and analyzes the standards for inspecting key components and key areas,and puts forward precautions for wire maintenance and strategies for improving inspection accuracy,which provides guidance for the maintenance of the EWIS.
