摘 要:为了实现钢铁企业的绿色发展,必须要减少烧结矿的使用,提高球团矿的入炉比例,但是酸性球团的冶金性能较差且会导致高炉渣碱度降低,而碱性球团可解决上述问题。利用磁选后的澳洲精矿和米纳斯赤铁精矿添加石灰石生产碱性球团,并对其原料性能、造球试验以及预热焙烧制度进行研究。研究发现:高压辊磨一次后的米纳斯赤铁精矿即可满足造球要求,碱性球团生产米纳斯赤铁精矿的适宜配比为40%,适宜的预热温度为900~950℃,焙烧温度为1230℃时,焙烧球强度大于2800 N满足生产要求,而且碱性球团的抗压强度和冶金性能都要优于酸性球团。In order to achieve the green development of iron and steel enterprises,it is necessary to reduce the use of sinter ore and increase the proportion of pellets entering the furnace.Acidic pellets have poor metallurgical performance,leading to a decrease in the alkalinity of the blast furnace slag,while alkaline pellets can solve the above problems.The alkaline pellet is produced by using Australian concentrate after magnetic separation and Minas hematite added with limestone,and the raw material properties,pelletizing tests and preheating and induration regime are studied.It’s found that:the Minas ore after one high-pressure grinding rolling can meet the pelletizing requirements;the suitable ratio of Minas for producing alkaline pellets is 40%;the suitable preheating temperature is 900 to 950℃;when the induration temperature is 1230℃,the strength of the roasted ball is more than 2800 N which meets the production requirements;and the compressive strength and metallurgical properties of the alkaline pellets are better than those of the acid pellets.
