摘　　要：介绍了酒钢2台360m^(2)烧结环冷机废气余热利用的技术现状,分析了传统环冷机存在的无组织排放与余热利用率低的问题,提出了新建烧结机应用新型液密封环冷机的优势,阐述了环冷机冷却废气采用近“零”排放的综合利用技术。The technical status quo of waste heat utilization of two 360m^(2)sintering circular coolers of JISCO are introduced.The problems of unorganized emissions and low waste heat utilization rate of conventional circular cooler are analyzed,the advantages of using a new type of liquid sealed circular cooler in newly-built sintering machines are proposed,and the near“zero”emission technology of comprehensive utilization of the cooling waste gas of circular cooler is elaborated.
