摘 要:从催化剂的载体、活性组分及助剂、结构与形貌3个方面综述了协同脱除挥发性有机气体(VOCs)和NOx的VOCs-NH3-SCR(氨选择性催化还原)催化剂的研究进展,总结了不同VOCs-NH3-SCR催化剂对VOCs和NOx的协同脱除效果,阐述了VOCs和NOx的脱除机制及在VOCs-NH3-SCR体系下反应物间的协同或拮抗机制,并展望了VOCs-NH3-SCR催化剂的研究和开发方向。指出:应加强VOCs和NOx的协同脱除机理研究,通过调控催化剂体系、厘清功能活性位点、靶控不同反应物及中间物种的生消过程,寻求VOCs和NOx催化氧化的宽协同温窗区,进一步提高催化剂在VOCs和NOx协同脱除条件下的选择性。The research progress of VOCs-NH3-SCR(ammonia selective catalytic reduction)catalysts for the synergistic removal of volatile organic gases(VOCs)and NOx was reviewed from the catalyst carrier,active components and additives,and structure and morphology.The synergistic removal effects of different VOCs-NH3-SCR catalysts on VOCs and NOx were summarized,and the removal mechanism of VOCs and NOx was expounded.The synergistic or antagonistic mechanism between reactants under the VOCs-NH3-SCR system was analyzed,and the research and development direction of VOCs-NH3-SCR catalysts was predicted.It is pointed out that the research on the synergistic removal mechanism of VOCs and NOx should be strengthened,and the wide synergistic temperature window region of VOCs and NOx catalytic oxidation should be sought by regulating the catalyst system,clarifying the functional active sites,and targeting the growth and elimination processes of different reactants and intermediate species,so as to improve the selectivity of the catalyst under the condition of synergistic removal of VOCs and NOx.
