摘  要:研究了微生物菌种对生物滴滤器(BTF)处理甲苯废气性能的影响。分别采用单一铜绿假单胞菌、铜绿假单胞菌-河流弧菌-不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌-河流弧菌-不动杆菌-柠檬酸杆菌-肠杆菌3种微生物菌种组合启动BTF,考察在不同停留时间下的甲苯去除率。实验结果表明:3种微生物菌种组合均可在6 d内快速启动BTF,甲苯去除率均达90%以上;停留时间100 s时,3种微生物菌种组合启动的BTF甲苯去除率均高于80%;停留时间缩短至60 s后,多菌株混合启动的BTF甲苯去除率明显下降,单一铜绿假单胞菌启动的BTF甲苯去除率仍可达90%以上,去除负荷达12 g/(m^(3)·h)。The influence of microbial strains on the performance of biotrickling filters(BTF)in toluene waste gas treatment was studied.The BTF was activated by using pure Pseudomonas aeruginosa,a consortium of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Arcobacter riveri,and Acinetobacter,or a consortium of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Arcobacter riveri,Acinetobacter,Citrobacter,and Escherichia coli,so as to investigate the removal rate of toluene under different residence time.The results show that BTF can be rapidly activated by all three combinations of microbial strains within six days,with the removal rate of toluene reaching higher than 90%.When the residence time is 100 s,the removal rate of toluene by the BTF activated by all three combinations of microbial strains is higher than 80%.After the residence time is shortened to 60 s,the removal rate of toluene by the BTF activated by mixed microbial strains significantly decreases,while the removal rate of toluene by the BTF activated by pure Pseudomonas aeruginosa still reaches 90%and more,with a removal load up to 12 g/(m^(3)·h).
