智能化综采液压支架电液控制的设计分析

摘  要:液压支架的控制是综采工作面控制的关键,对实现工作面的智能化具有重要的作用。采用组态软件进行液压支架的交互控制,通过控制器局域网络(ControllerArea Network,CAN)总线的形式设置液压支架的分组控制,从而实现对液压支架的手动及自动控制。同时,通过中央控制器进行远程实时交互控制,确保煤矿工作面液压支架的安全稳定。The control of hydraulic support is the key to the control of fully mechanized mining face and plays an important role in realizing the intellectualization of working face.The configuration software is used to carry out the interactive control of the hydraulic support,and the group control of the hydraulic support is set up through the Controller Area Network(CAN)bus,so as to realize the manual and automatic control of the hydraulic support.At the same time,the remote real-time interactive control is carried out through the central controller to ensure the safety and stability of the hydraulic support of the coal mine working face.
