摘　　要：为提高预应力混凝土轨枕短模流水机组法生产线的生产效率,结合轨枕短模模具的外形特点设计一种轨枕翻转机,并从翻转机整体结构的防倾覆、设计合理性两个方面展开研究。首先,简化翻转机整体结构,计算其倾覆力矩和稳定力矩的比值。其次,利用有限元软件对翻转机的关键零部件进行静力学分析,检验翻转机是否能够满足使用要求。最后,通过样机的空载试验和负载试验对翻转机进行试验研究。In order to improve the production efficiency of the prestressed concrete sleeper short die production line,a sleeper tipping machine is designed based on the shape characteristics of the sleeper short die,and the anti-overturning and design rationality of the overall structure of the sleeper are studied.Firstly,the overall structure of the tilting machine is simplified,and the ratio of the overturning moment to the stabilizing moment is calculated.Secondly,the key parts of the rotary machine are analyzed statically by finite element software to check whether the rotary machine can meet the use requirements.Finally,through the no-load test and load test of the prototype,the tilting machine is studied experimentally.
