摘  要:引风机液压泵站在工业生产中扮演着至关重要的角色,而油温过高问题一直是困扰引风机轴瓦温度、配套驱动电机轴承温度以及液压系统稳定运行的主要挑战之一。基于此,针对引风机液压泵站油温过高问题展开研究。首先分析液压系统工作原理和油温过高的危害,然后针对油温控制方式展开研究,比较各种油温控制方法,为液压系统的稳定运行提供参考依据。The hydraulic pump station of induced draft fan plays a vital role in industrial production,and the problem of high oil temperature has always been one of the main challenges that trouble the temperature of the bearing bush of the induced draft fan,the bearing temperature of the supporting drive motor and the stable operation of the hydraulic system.Based on this,the problem of high oil temperature in hydraulic pump station of induced draft fan is studied.Firstly,the working principle of the hydraulic system and the harm of excessively high oil temperature are analyzed,and then the control methods of oil temperature are studied,and various oil temperature control methods are compared to provide a reference for the stable operation of the hydraulic system.
