摘  要:天井钻机由于具有机械化程度高、施工效率高、人工劳动强度低、安全可靠及成井质量好等优点,逐渐取代传统的普通法、吊罐法、爬罐法等人工半机械化钻爆法施工井筒的方式,在我国水利水电系统中得到广泛应用。传统轨轮式天井钻机存在无法自行转场、转场运输困难、施工准备时间长、综合作业效率低、智能化程度低等缺点,如何实现安全、智能、绿色、高效的井筒施工是急需解决的问题。基于此,以CY-R120VD履带自行式智能天井钻机在九峰山抽水蓄能电站深竖井施工中的应用为背景,详细介绍智能天井钻机的技术特点及选型方法,总结天井钻机在不稳定岩层的施工工艺,提出复杂条件下智能化井筒的施工方案,并成功应用于实际生产。结果表明,履带自行式智能天井钻机的应用可显著提高施工效率和降低安全风险,为推动我国水利水电工程的智能化建设提供了重要支撑。Due to the advantages of high mechanization,high construction efficiency,low manual labor intensity,safety and reliability,and good well completion quality,the raise drill has gradually replaced the traditional semi-mechanized drilling and blasting methods such as common method,lifting tank method,climbing tank method,etc.,and has been widely used in water conservancy and hydropower system in China.The traditional rail-wheel shaft drilling rig has some disadvantages such as not being able to turn by itself,difficult transportation,long construction preparation time,low comprehensive operation efficiency and low intelligence level.How to realize safe,intelligent,green and efficient shaft construction is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,on the background of application of CY-R120VD crawler self-propelled intelligent patio rig in deep shaft construction of Jiufengshan pumped storage power Station,the technical characteristics and selection method of intelligent patio rig are introduced in detail,the construction technology of patio rig in unstable rock formation is summarized,and the construction scheme of intelligent shaft under complex conditions is proposed,which has been successfully applied in actual production.The results show that the application of crawler self-propelled intelligent patio drill can significantly improve the construction efficiency and greatly reduce the safety risk,and provide important support for promoting the intelligent construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China.
