摘  要:多级油缸固定梁是转运车的重要组成部分,起到连接多级油缸和副车架的作用。多级油缸固定梁制造通常采用焊接的方式,但在使用过程中,油缸固定梁焊缝经常会出现开裂问题。从多级油缸固定梁的设计结构、原材料化学成分以及焊接工艺等方面出发,分析多级油缸固定梁焊缝开裂问题,找出焊缝裂纹产生的原因并制定相关措施,通过优化设计结构及采用合适的焊接工艺来预防裂纹的产生,从而解决焊接质量问题。The fixed seat of the multi-stage oil cylinder is an important component of the transfer vehicle,which plays a role in connecting the multi-stage oil cylinder and the subframe.The seat is usually manufactured by welding,but during use,the weld seam of the seat often cracks.This article analyzes the problem of welding cracking in the fixed seat of multi-stage oil cylinders from the aspects of design structure,chemical composition of raw materials,welding process,etc.,identifies the causes of welding seam cracks and formulates measures.By optimizing the design structure and adopting appropriate welding process,cracks are prevented and welding quality problems are solved。
