高境镇社区卫生服务中心2017—2022年抗高血压药物使用情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的 :对上海市宝山区高境镇社区卫生服务中心抗高血压药物的使用情况开展调查分析。方法 :通过中心医院管理信息系统查询并采集2017-2022年间开具的抗高血压药物名称、分类、规格、价格和使用数量等信息,进行汇总分析。结果 :疫情前中心共使用6类、40个品规的抗高血压药物,药物使用总金额为27 786 452.20元,总用药频度为13 567 287.00;疫情期间中心共使用7类、45个品规的抗高血压药物,药物使用总金额为26 418 566.08元,总用药频度为15 806 762.33。疫情前与疫情期间中心抗高血压药物的用药频度排序结果相同,均依次为钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂、单片复方制剂、β受体拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂和其他。疫情前中心抗高血压药物按使用总金额排序依次为钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂、单片复方制剂、β受体拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂和其他,疫情期间中心抗高血压药物按使用总金额排序依次为钙通道阻滞剂、单片复方制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂、β受体拮抗剂、其他、利尿剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂。结论 :应及时在药物保障与管理上进行调整,加强社区医务人员的相关药物治疗管理培训,同时通过培养或引进专业性强、业务能力突出的执业药师开展合理用药指导。Objective:To investigate and analyze the use of antihypertensive drugs in the Gaojing Community Health Service Center in Baoshan District of Shanghai.Methods:The name,classification,specification,price and quantity of antihypertensive drugs issued from 2017 to 2022 were queried and collected through the hospital management information system of the community health service center for summary and analysis.Results:Before the epidemic situation,the community health service center used a total of 6 categories and 40 specifications of antihypertensive drugs,the total amount of money used was 27786452.20 yuan,and the total drug use frequency was 13567287.00;during the epidemic situation,the community health service center used 7 categories and 45 specifications of antihypertensive drugs,with a total amount of money used of 26418566.08 yuan and the total drug use frequency of 15806762.33.The sort results of the frequency of use of antihypertensive drugs in the community health service center before and during the epidemic situation were the same,which were calcium channel blockers,angiotensin II receptor inhibitors,single-pill compound preparation,b receptor antagonists,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,diuretic and others in turn.According to the total amount of money used,the antihypertensive drugs in the community health service center before the epidemic situation were in the order of calcium channel blockers,angiotensin II receptor inhibitors,single-pill compound preparation,b receptor antagonists,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,diuretic and others,and during the epidemic situation,the antihypertensive drugs in the community health service center,according to the total amount of money used,were in the order of calcium channel blockers,single-pill compound preparation,angiotensin II receptor inhibitors,b receptor antagonists,others,diuretic and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor.Conclusion:Timely adjustments should be made in drug security and management,and training on drug treatment management f
