摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)技术配合康骨宁胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年9月收治的气滞血瘀型老年OVCF患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组采取PVP术治疗,治疗组于PVP术后当天口服康骨宁胶囊治疗,每次2粒,每天3次,持续14 d。比较两组疗效及不良反应,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估腰背部疼痛,改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评估腰椎功能。结果:治疗组治疗有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40,P<0.05)。术后14 d,两组VAS评分较术前低,且治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。术后14 d,两组改良ODI指数较术前低,且治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组术后14 d内未发生不良反应。结论:PVP技术配合康骨宁胶囊可提高气滞血瘀型老年OVCF的治疗效果,减轻腰背部疼痛,提高腰椎功能,且无不良反应发生,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)technique combined with Kangguning capsules in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compressibility fracture(OVCF)in the elderly patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected,and according to the random number table method,divided into a control group and a treatment group with 40 cases each.The control group used PVP treatment and after the day of PVP the treatment group took Kangguning capsules orally,2 capsules each time,3 times a day,for 14 days.The effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups,and visual analog scale(VAS)was used to assess the pain on the back,and the improved Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)assessed lumbar function.Results:The treatment effective rate in the treatment group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than that in the control 75.00%(30/40,P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,VAS scores in the both groups were lower than those before operation,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the improved ODI scores in the both groups were lower than those before operation,and the treatment group was lower than that the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred within 14 days in the both groups.Conclusion:PVP technique combined with Kangguning capsules can improve the effect of treatment of OVCF in the elderly patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type,reduce the back pain,improve the function of lumber,and there is no adverse reaction occurrence and the safety is high.
