摘 要:目的:分析在学校开展性健康教育对小学生性心理健康的影响,为小学生性教育工作的实施提供参考依据。方法:选取练塘镇两所小学70名四年级的学生为研究对象,其中男生37人,女生33人,平均年龄分别是(11.02±0.61)岁和(11.10±0.43)岁。以学校为单位分为干预组和对照组,每组学生35名。干预组中有男生19名,女性16名,对照组中有男生17名,女生18名。对干预组学生开展为期4个月的性健康教育培训,对对照组学生开展常规教育。使用《青春期性心理健康问卷》观察两组学生干预前后性心理健康水平。结果:干预前,干预组与对照组学生性认知、性价值观、性适应得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后干预组学生性认知、性价值观、性适应得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:学校开展性健康教育对于小学生性心理健康水平具有明显的提升作用。Objective:To analyze the impact of conducting sexual health education on the sexual psychological health in pupils in schools,and provide reference basis for the implementation of sexual education work for pupils.Methods:Seventy pupils in fourth grade from two primary schools in Liantang Town were selected as the research subjects,and among them,there were 37 boys and 33 girls,and the average age were(11.02±0.61)years and(11.10±0.43)years.They were divided into an intervention group and a control group based on the school as a unit.There were 19 boys and 16 girls in the intervention group and 17 boys and 18 girls in the control group.The intervention group received a 4-month sexual health education training,while 35 pupils in the control group received routine education.The sexual psychology health levels in the two groups of pupils were observed with“adolescent sexual psychology health questionnaire”before and after the intervention.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of sexual cognition,sexual values,and sexual adaptation between the intervention group and the control group students(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of sexual cognition,sexual values,and sexual adaptation in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Conducting sexual health education in schools has a significant improvement effect on the sexual psychological health level of pupils.
