摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机采用传统转矩分配函数控制在交换区易产生转矩脉动大的问题,提出了一种重叠角自适应的新型转矩分配函数控制方法。根据电感特性将两相交换区分为小电感区和电感变化率突变区,在小电感区将转矩更多的分配给退磁相,在突变区将转矩更多的分配给励磁相以提高转矩跟踪性能。为了适应不同转速和负载下转矩的分配,通过GA-BP对各区间转矩分配函数的参数进行优化。随后,为了减小在换相期间受电流变化率的影响,根据不同转速和负载实现自适应重叠角的变化。为了验证该控制策略的有效性,以一台6/20三相SRM进行仿真验证。与传统指数型转矩分配函数控制相比,在不同工况下不仅进一步降低了电机的转矩脉动,而且也降低了电流峰值,提高了电机效率。As the traditional torque distribution function control of switched reluctance motor is easy to produce large torque ripple in the switching region,this paper proposes a new torque sharing function control method with adaptive overlap angle.According to the inductance characteristics,the two-phase switching is divided into small inductance region and inductance change rate abrupt region.In the small inductance region,more torque is allocated to the demagnetizing phase,and in the abrupt region,more torque is allocated to the exciting phase to improve the torque tracking performance.Then,GA-BP is employed to optimize the parameters of the torque sharing function in each interval to improve the torque tracking performance.To reduce the influence of current change rate during phase commutation,the change of overlapping angle is realized according to different speed and load.Finally,to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy,a 6/20 three-phase SRM is employed for simulation.Our results show compared with the traditional exponential torque distribution function control,the torque ripple of the motor is further reduced under different working conditions,the peak current is decreased and the efficiency of the motor is improved.
