摘 要:为应对新型电力系统建设过程中带来的新能源消纳困难与系统调控能力不足的现象,该文提出一种考虑碳捕集机组与氢储能系统协调运行的源荷储低碳经济调度策略。首先,对源荷储三侧运行机理展开分析,充分利用碳捕集机组、氢储能系统、需求响应提高电力系统调度灵活性。其次,构建源网荷协调运行结构框架,并针对旋转备用需求下碳捕集机组与氢储能系统运行中的不足之处,对二者协调运行特性进行研究。最后,以系统综合成本最优为目标,建立碳捕集机组与氢储能系统协调运行的源荷储低碳经济调度模型,采用模糊隶属度函数对系统不确定性进行描述,确定系统旋转备用需求。经算例验证表明,该文所提模型在兼顾系统运行的经济性与低碳性的前提下,可显著提高系统新能源消纳水平。In order to deal with the difficulty of new energy consumption and the lack of system regulation and control capacity in the process of new power system construction,this paper proposes a low-carbon economic dispatching strategy of source-load-storage considering the coordinated operation of a carbon capture unit and a hydrogen energy storage system.Firstly,the operation mechanism of the three sides of source-load-storage is analyzed,and the flexibility of power system scheduling is improved by making full use of the carbon capture units,the hydrogen energy storage systems and the demand response.Secondly,the structure framework of source-grid-load coordinated operation is constructed,and the coordinated operation characteristics of a carbon capture unit and a hydrogen energy storage system are studied in view of the shortcomings in the operation of the carbon capture unit and the hydrogen energy storage system under the demands of the spinning reserve.Finally,aiming at the optimal comprehensive cost of the system,a low-carbon economic dispatching model of source-load-storage coordinated operation of carbon capture units and hydrogen energy storage systems is established.The fuzzy membership function is used to describe the system uncertainty and determine the system spinning reserve demands.The example verification shows that the model proposed in this paper is able to significantly improve the new energy consumption level of the system under the premise of taking into account the economy and low carbon of the system operation.
