摘 要:基于对我国严寒和寒冷地区飞机机库供暖方式的调研结果,分别搭建地面辐射供暖和燃气辐射供暖机库的数值模型,分析两种供暖方式的温度场特性并研究热源表面温度、室外温度、外墙和屋面内表面发射率、冷风渗透的影响。结果表明:地面辐射供暖机库内温度场均匀性更好,燃气辐射供暖机库内温度场的垂直分层现象严重。随着热源表面温度上升,机库中垂线温度整体呈逐渐升高趋势。热源表面温度每上升1℃,地面辐射供暖和燃气辐射供暖机库温度平均升高约0.87℃和0.37℃。地面辐射供暖机库温度均匀性更好,燃气辐射供暖机库温度场均匀性随热源表面温度升高而有所改善。燃气辐射供暖机库抵抗室外温度变化能力较差。随着室外温度下降,机库内温度逐渐降低,燃气辐射供暖机库温度场均匀性逐渐降低。室外温度每下降1℃,地面辐射供暖和燃气辐射供暖机库温度平均降低约0.15℃和1.2℃。随着外墙和屋面内表面发射率增大,燃气辐射供暖机库中垂线温度分布的不均匀性逐渐增大。当外墙和屋面内表面发射率从0.2增加到0.8时,地面辐射供暖机库温度升高约0.8℃,燃气辐射供暖机库温升不超过0.5℃。渗透风对燃气辐射供暖机库的垂直温度梯度影响较大,地面辐射供暖对渗透风的削减作用较强。地面辐射供暖和燃气辐射供暖机库在有渗透风、无渗透风条件下的温差范围分别为5~8℃和8~13℃。Based on the investigation results on heating methods of aircraft hangars in severe cold and cold regions in China,numerical models for ground radiant heating and gas radiant heating hangars were built separately to analyze the temperature field characteristics of the two heating methods,and to study the influence of heat source surface temperature,outdoor temperature,inner surface emissivity of external wall and roof,and cold air infiltration.The results show that the uniformity of the temperature field in the ground radiant heating hangar is better,while the vertical stratification phenomenon of the temperature field in the gas radiant heating hangar is serious.As the surface temperature of the heat source rises,the overall vertical temperature in the hangar shows a gradually increasing trend.For every 1℃increase in surface temperature of the heat source,the average temperature in the ground radiant heating and gas radiant heating hangars increases by about 0.87℃and 0.37℃.The temperature uniformity in ground radiant heating hangar is better,and the uniformity of the temperature field in gas radiant heating hangar improves with the increase of heat source surface temperature.The ability of gas radiant heating hangar to resist the change of outdoor temperature is poor.With the decrease of the outdoor temperature,the temperature in the hangar gradually decreases,and the uniformity of the temperature field in the gas radiant heating hangar gradually decreases.For every 1℃decrease in outdoor temperature,the average temperature in ground radiant heating and gas radiant heating hangars decreases by about 0.15℃and 1.2℃.With the increase of the inner surface emissivity of external wall and roof,the unevenness of the vertical temperature distribution in the gas radiant heating hangar gradually increases.When the inner surface emissivity of the external wall and roof increases from 0.2 to 0.8,the temperature rise in the ground radiant heating hangar is about 0.8℃,while the temperature rise in the gas radiant
