摘 要:通过考察老化前后色差的变化,研究了阻燃剂、耐候剂以及钛白粉对阻燃ABS耐候性的影响。结果表明:溴系阻燃体系对ABS材料的耐候性影响较大,光老化后色差明显变大,500h左右出现龟裂;紫外线吸收剂可有效提高阻燃ABS的耐光老化性,受阻胺的效果则不明显;钛白粉的添加可有效提高阻燃ABS的耐光老化性,通过与耐候剂复配,阻燃ABS的耐光老化性可达到与普通ABS相当。By investigating the changes of color difference before and after aging,the effects of flame retardants,weathering agents and titanium dioxide on the weather resistance of flame retardant ABS were studied.The results showed that the brominated flame retardant system had a great influence on the weather resistance of ABS materials,and the color difference became significantly larger after light-aging,and cracks appeared in about 500 hours.Ultraviolet absorbers can effectively improve the photoaging resistance of flame-retardant ABS,while the effect of hindered amines is not obvious.The addition of titanium dioxide can effectively improve the light aging resistance of flame retardant ABS,and the light aging resistance of flame retardant ABS can be comparable to that of ordinary ABS by compounding with weathering agents.
