摘 要:分别以MgCl_(2)、乙氧基镁作为载体,以邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、9,9-双(羟基)甲基芴(芴二醚)作为内给电子体制备四种不同的聚丙烯催化剂,并对比研究聚丙烯催化剂的元素含量、粒径及分布、聚合性能及氢调敏感性等。结果表明,四种催化剂的元素组成基本一致,以乙氧基镁为载体制备的聚丙烯催化剂具有较高的比表面积。四种聚丙烯催化剂及其制备的聚丙烯的粒度分布基本一致,粒径分布都比较集中,细粉含量较少。四种催化剂均具有较高的聚合活性,其中以乙氧基镁为载体、芴二醚作为内给电子体制备的催化剂具有更高的聚合活性。同时,芴二醚对催化剂氢调敏感性的影响较DIBP更为明显。This study investigates the influence of support activation methods on the performance of polypropylene catalysts.Four different polypropylene catalysts were prepared using MgCl_(2) and ethoxy magnesium as supports,coupled with di-isobutyl phthalate(DIBP)and 9,9-bis(hydroxymethyl)fluorene(fluorene diether)as internal electron donors.Comparative analyses were conducted on the elemental composition,particle size and distribution,polymerization performance,and hydrogen sensitivity of the polypropylene catalysts.The results reveal that the elemental composition of the four catalysts is essentially consistent,with polypropylene catalysts prepared using ethoxy magnesium as the support exhibiting higher specifi c surface areas.The particle size distribution of both the polypropylene catalysts and the resultant polymers is generally uniform,characterized by concentrated particle size distributions and a minimal fines content.All four catalysts demonstrate high polymerization activity,with the catalyst prepared using ethoxy magnesium as the support and fluorene diether as the internal electron donor exhibiting superior polymerization activity.Additionally,the influence of fluorene diether on the hydrogen sensitivity of the catalyst is more pronounced compared to DIBP.
