摘 要:比较了无机填料滑石粉(Talc)、碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))对ABS力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加5%(质量分数,以树脂计)的无机填料填充ABS材料的冲击强度下降超过50%;添加10%的滑石粉填充ABS的冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别为7.0kJ/m^(2)、49.5MPa、66.7MPa,而10%碳酸钙填充ABS的冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别为8.3kJ/m^(2)、43.8MPa、61.7MPa。填料添加至25%时,碳酸钙填充ABS的拉伸强度仅为33.0MPa、弯曲强度为54.5MPa,而滑石粉填充ABS的拉伸强度为41.9MPa、弯曲强度为63.2MPa。The effects of inorganic filler talc(Talc)and calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))on the mechanical properties of ABS were compared in this study.The results showed that the impact strength of ABS material with 5%(wt.)inorganic filler decreased by more than 50%.The impact strength,tensile strength and bending strength of 10%(wt.)Talc filled-ABS were 7.0kJ/m^(2),49.5MPa and 66.7MPa,respectively.The impact strength,tensile strength and bending strength of 10%(wt.)CaCO_(3) filled-ABS were 8.3kJ/m^(2),43.8MPa and 61.7MPa respectively.When 25%(wt.)of the filler was added,the tensile strength was only 33.0MPa and the bending strength was 54.5MPa of CaCO_(3) filled-ABS,while the tensile strength was 41.9MPa and the bending strength was 63.2MPa of Talc filled-ABS.
