摘 要:为改善开级配沥青路面路用性能,选用HVA-H高黏剂及玄武岩矿物纤维对OGFC-13沥青混合料进行复合改性。并引入HVA型、SEBS型两种高黏剂作为对比,评价HVA-H高黏剂对SBS改性沥青及OGFC-13沥青混合料性能的改善效果。通过配合比设计,确定HVA-H、HVA、SEBS掺量均为8%,玄武岩纤维掺量均为0.4%时混合料的最佳油石比。通过对沥青混合料开展相关路用性能试验,评价三种高黏剂对OGFC-13沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明:HVA-H型高黏剂对沥青的高低温性能改善效果最优,HVA-H高黏改性沥青对矿料的黏结能力最强;HVA-H高黏剂对OGFC-13沥青混合料高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂及抗水损害能力的改善效果显著优于HVA型、SEBS型两种高黏剂。In order to improve the road performance of open-graded asphalt pavement,HVA-H high viscosity agent and basalt mineral fiber were selected for composite modification of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture.Introducing two types of high viscosity agents,HVA type and SEBS type,as a comparative evaluation of the improvement effect of HVA-H high viscosity agent on the performance of SBS modified asphalt and OGFC-13 asphalt mixture.By mix ratio design,We confi rmed the best oil-stone ration of mixture when the content of HVA-H is 8%,HVA is 8%,SEBS is 8%,basalt fiber is 0.4%.By road performance test of asphalt mixture,we evaluated the influence of three kinds high adhesive on OGFC-13.The results showed that HVA-H high adhesive was the best to improve high and low temperature properties of asphalt HVA-H modified asphalt has the strongest bonding ability for mineral materials.The effect of HVA-H high adhesive on the high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture is significantly better than HVA and SEBS.
