摘  要:研究了苯乙酮、α-甲基苯乙烯和异丙醇三种交联副产物对交联聚乙烯(LDPE)电缆绝缘材料中空间电荷形成和电导率的影响。结果表明,对LDPE电导率影响最大的是异丙醇,其次是α-甲基苯乙烯和苯乙酮。这一结果可能是由于异丙醇使电极附近形成异电荷,使得金属-介电界面附近的电场增强,导致电流值增大。电缆中交联副产物的含量与电缆的电气性能密切相关。随着副产物含量的增加,电缆的导电性增大,绝缘性能降低。同时,也会加剧空间电荷的积累。在所有样品中均发现了同电荷,而异电荷仅在异丙醇浸泡的LDPE样品中出现。当副产物存在于LDPE中时,观察到电导率值的变化,交联副产物提高了LDPE中的电荷迁移率。The effects of three crosslinked byproducts of acetophenone,α-methylstyrene and isopropyl alcohol on space charge formation and conductivity in crosslinked polyethylene(LDPE)cable insulation materials were studied.The results show that isopropyl alcohol has the greatest effect on the conductivity of LDPE,followed byα-methylstyrene and acetophenone.This result may be due to the formation of different charges near the electrode caused by isopropyl alcohol,which enhanced the electric field near the metal-dielectric interface and led to the increase of current value.The content of crosslinked byproducts in cable is closely related to the electrical properties of cable.With the increase of by-product content,the conductivity of the cable increases and the insulation performance decreases.At the same time,it will increase the accumulation of space charge.The same charge was found in all samples,but the different charge was found only in the isopropyl alcohol-soaked LDPE samples.When the byproduct is present in the LDPE,a change in the conductivity value is observed,and the cross-linked byproduct improves the charge mobility in the LDPE.
