摘 要:通过静强度试验、疲劳强度试验、旋转弯曲疲劳试验以及对其断口微观形貌进行观察等方式,对惯性摩擦焊轮对空心轴疲劳性能进行分析研究。结果表明:在加载134.5 kN·m扭矩的情况下,所检测试件的最大应力为393 MPa,小于规定许用应力;在静强度施加扭矩43.75 kN·m,作动器施加垂直力为87.5 kN,循环加载次数总共为107次情况下,经磁粉探伤检测试件未出现裂纹;试件旋转弯曲中值疲劳极限为387 MPa,观察其疲劳断口微观形貌未发现缺陷,断裂方式为典型的疲劳断裂。By means of static strength test,fatigue strength test,rotary bending fatigue test and observation of the fracture microstructure,the fatigue performance of inertia-friction-welded wheelset hollow axle is analyzed and studied.The test results show that the maximum stress of the test specimen under a load torque of 134.5 kN·m is 393 MPa,lower than the specified allowable stress.When a torque of 43.75 kN·m is applied under static strength,and the actuator applies a vertical force of 87.5 kN with a total of 107 cycles of loading,no cracks are found in the specimen with magnetic particle testing.The median fatigue limit of the specimen is 387 MPa during rotational bending test,no defects are found in the microstructure of the fatigue fracture surface,and the fracture mode is a typical fatigue fracture.
