摘 要:结合铁路货车大型铸钢件摇枕、侧架清理作业的实际情况,对清理工序进行了工位制、节拍化设计,在融合3D视觉、机器人、安全环保、系统集成与控制等技术的基础上,提出了一种行业通用性较强的铸钢件清理智能化解决方案,包括准备工位、智能切割单元、人工切割单元、智能修磨单元、人工焊磨单元、智能物流单元、安全环保单元、浇冒口收集系统等,并将其组成一条铁路货车铸钢摇枕侧架智能切割与修磨产线。经作业验证,该方案提高了作业质量,降低了人工作业强度,且作业环境良好,经济可行。In consideration of the actual fettling operation of large steel castings,such as bolsters and side frames for railway freight cars,workstations and production takt are designed for the fettling process based on the integration of 3D vision,robot,safety and environmental protection,system integration and control,this paper proposes an intelligent and general solution to the fettling of steel castings in this industry,including the preparation station,intelligent cutting unit,manual cutting unit,intelligent grinding unit,manual welding and grinding unit,intelligent logistics unit,safety and environmental protection unit,sprue and riser collection system and other requirements,trying to shape them into an intelligent cleaning and grinding production line for bolster and side frame steel castings.Practical production proves that the new scheme can improve operating quality,reduce the manual working intensity,and is environmentally friendly and economically feasible.
