摘  要:目的 探讨基于设计思维的“启、创、赛”三位一体培养模式对高职学生创新能力提升的效果。方法 以护理创新社团成员为研究对象,构建基于设计思维的“启、创、赛”三位一体培养模式,以“做中教、做中学”为教育理念,以创新意识、创新实践、创新能力“三创融合”为培养目标,以线上线下混合式教学模式为主培养学生创新能力,对比培训前后学生创新能力、科研创新能力、自主学习能力有无差异。结果 培训后学生创新能力、科研创新能力、自主学习能力均强于培训前(P<0.0.5)。结论基于设计思维的“启、创、赛”三位一体培养模式能显著提高学生创新能力。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the"inspiration,innovation,and competition"trinity training model based on design thinking in enhancing the innovation ability of vocational collegians.Methods Taking nursing innovation club members as the research object,a design thinking based"inspiration,innovation,and competition"trinity training model was constructed.The educational philosophy was"teaching by doing,learning by doing",and the goal was to cultivate innovation awareness,innovation practice,and innovation ability through the integration of"three creations".The mixed online and offline teaching model was mainly used to cultivate students′innovation ability.The innovation ability and scientific research innovation ability of students before and after the training were compared whether exist any difference in self-taught ability.Results After training,students get stronger innovation ability,scientific research innovation ability,and self-taught ability than before(P<0.05).Conclusion The trinity training model of"inspiration,innovation,and competition"based on design thinking can significantly improve students′innovation ability.
