摘　　要：目的 探讨情景模拟在超声医学专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年6月参加规范化培训的44名超声医学专业住院医师,分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用情景模拟培训模式,对照组采用传统培训模式。培训结束后进行理论及实践考核,并调查两组对教学效果的评价。结果 观察组理论、临床诊断、人文素质考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对培训方法在提高自主学习能力、团队协作能力及医患沟通能力方面的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟应用于超声医学专业住院医师规范化培训效果较好,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation in resident physicians'standardized training in ultra-sound medicine.Methods A total of 44 resident physicians in ultrasound medicine who participated in the standardized training from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group re-ceived the scenario simulation training model,while the control group received the traditional training model.After the training,the theoretical and practical assessment were conducted,and the evaluation of the teaching effect of the two groups was investigated.Re-sults The scores of the observation group in theory,clinical diagnosis,humanistic quality assessment and overall performance were totally higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of the training method in improving self-received ability,teamw-ork ability and doctor-patient communication ability of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation in resident physicians'standardized training in ultrasound medicine has a good effect and is worthy of promotion.
