摘 要:目的 了解突发公共卫生事件后学生心理健康状况与自我和谐水平的现状,并分析二者间的相关性,为高校实施心理健康教育与心理危机干预提供参考。方法 采用症状自评量表、自我和谐量表对学生进行调查。结果 突发公共卫生事件后,学生心理问题阳性检出率为21.7%;症状自评量表总分及各维度得分与自我和谐量表总分及自我与经验的不一致、自我的刻板性维度得分具有相关性。结论 突发公共卫生事件后,提升学生自我和谐水平有利于提升学生心理健康水平。Objective To learn the status of mental health and self-consistency and congruence level among students after public health emergencies,and analyze the correlation between them,to provide reference for the implementation of mental health education and psychological crisis intervention in colleges.Methods The Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)and Self-Consistency and Cong-ruence Scale(SCCS)were used to investigate students.Results After the public health emergencies,the positive detection rate of mental problems among students was 21.7%.And the total score of the SCL-90 and the scores of each dimension were correlated with the total score of the SCCS and the scores of"in-consistency between self and experience"and"self-stubbornness".Conclu-sion After public health emergencies,the improvement of self-consistency and congruence level is beneficial to promoting the level of mental health among students.
