新医科视域下医疗保险专业产教融合协同育人机制探索研究

摘　　要：随着我国深化医疗卫生体制改革进程的持续推进和多层次医疗保障制度体系的健全完善,社会行业对复合型医疗保险高级专业人才的需求持续上涨。新医科视域下对高校医疗保险专业建设提出了新的要求,产教融合为医疗保险专业人才培养指明了方向,探索医疗保险专业产教融合协同育人机制对缓解社会人才供需矛盾和提升医疗保险专业人才培养质量具有重要意义。以南京医科大学医疗保险专业为例,分析医疗保险专业产教融合协同育人现状及困境,并提出优化策略,以期为新时代新医科建设和高质量医疗保险专业人才的培养提供借鉴和参考依据。With the continuous promotion of China's deepening reform on medical and health system and the sound improvement on the multi-level medical security system,the demand for senior professionals in composite medical insurance in the social industry continues to rise.The new medicine city has put forward new requirements for the construction of medical insurance major in universities.The industry-education integration has pointed out the direction for the cultivation of medical insurance professionals.Exploring the collaborative education mechanism of industry-education integration in medical insurance major is of great significance in alleviating the contradiction between personnel supply and demand in society and improving the personnel cultivation quality of medical insurance major.Taking the medical insurance major of Nanjing Medical University as an example,this paper analyzes the status and challenges of the industry-education integration in the medical insurance major,and proposes optimization strategies to provide reference and guidance for the construction of new medicine and the cultivation of high-quality medical insurance personnel in new era.
