摘  要:急救护理在护理专业人才培养及课程体系中占有非常重要的位置。开展任务驱动、理实一体的护理教学改革,以期提高课程教学质量,提高人才培养质量。以“院前救护”教学模块为例,从教学设计与策略、教学实施过程、教学效果与评价、教学特色与创新、教学反思与改进5个方面进行探讨,以期为护理专业任务驱动、理实一体的护理教学改革提供参考。First aid nursing plays key role in the cultivation of nursing personnel and the course system.Carry out nursing teaching reform with task driven and integration of theory and practice,so as to improve the quality of course teaching and enhance the quality of personnel cultivation.Taking the"Pre-hospital rescue"teaching module as an example,this paper explores five aspects:teaching design and strategy,teaching implementation process,teaching effectiveness and evaluation,teaching characteristics and innovation,and teaching reflection and improvement,so as to provide reference for nursing teaching reform with task driven and integration of theory and practice in the nursing major.
