摘 要:探讨快速循环刻意练习联合新病例导入模式在护理基础技能培训中的应用效果,以2022年11月至2023年11月中国医科大学附属盛京医院南湖联合系统的96名护理人员为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48名。对照组采用单人单项病例导入模式进行培训,观察组采用快速循环刻意练习联合新病例导入模式进行培训,两组培训内容、授课教师与培训时长均一致,比较两组护理人员培训前后基础技能操作考核时长与得分,比较两组护理人员培训前后综合能力评分。实践表明,快速循环刻意练习联合新病例导入模式可有效提高护理基础技能操作考核成绩,有助于培养护理人员的综合服务能力、临床思维能力与分析解决问题能力。Exploring the application effect of the rapid cycle deliberate practice combined with new case introduction model in skills operation of basic nursing,96 nursing staff from the Nanhu Joint System of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 in each group with random number table method.The control group received training with single individual case introduction model,while the observation group received training with combination of rapid cycle deliberate practice combined with new case introduction model.The training content,teachers,and training period were consistent between the two groups.The assessment duration of basic skill operation and scores of the two groups of nursing staff before and after training were compared,and the comprehensive ability scores of the two groups of nursing staff before and after training were compared.Practice has shown that the rapid cycle deliberate practice combined with new case introduction model can effectively improve the performance evaluation of basic nursing skills,and help to cultivate nursing staffs'comprehensive service ability,clinical thinking ability,and problem-solving ability.
