摘　　要：目的了解广西高校大学生对器官捐献的认知及意愿现状,并分析其影响因素,提出对策和建议,为进一步推进器官捐献事业的发展提供参考。方法采取方便抽样法,选取广西9所高校974名大学生为研究对象进行问卷调查。问卷由一般资料、器官捐献认知度、器官捐献意愿和影响因素四部分组成。结果广西高校974名大学生器官捐献认知度总分为(5.4±1.31)分,认知度较低且器官捐献了解途径单一;24.95%的大学生有器官捐献意愿,不愿意的占10.78%,其余持中立态度,其中医学生意愿强于非医学生(P<0.05);影响器官捐献意愿的主要因素是传统观念。结论建议全社会加强器官捐献知识的宣传教育,政府完善相关法规、建立相应激励机制等,以提高大学生器官捐献认知度,增强器官捐献意愿。Objective To learn the status of collegians'cognition and willingness towards organ donation in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,analyze its influencing factors,propose countermeasures and suggestions,and provide reference for further promoting the development of organ donation.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 974 collegians from 9 universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research subjects for a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire consists of four parts:general information,organ donation awareness,organ donation willingness,and influencing factors.Results The total score of organ donation awareness among 974 collegians in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was(5.4±1.31)score,with low awareness and a single learning pathway for organ donation.24.95%of collegians have a willingness to donate organs,10.78%of collegians is unwilling.The rest hold a neutral attitude,and medical collegians'willingness is stronger than those not majored in collegians(P<0.05).The main factor affecting organ donation willingness is traditional beliefs.Conclusion It is recommended that the whole society should strengthen the promotion and education of organ donation knowledge,the government improve relevant regulations,establish corresponding incentive mechanisms,etc.So as to increase the awareness of organ donation among collegians and enhance their willingness to donate organs.
